I can probably increase your hours and responsibilities to fit your school’s requirements. Networking Team
This team will help Global Impact (1) spread the word about what God is allowing us to do and (2) invite people to participate. If you enjoy spending time on social networking sites, I’d love to give you a good reason to be online! 
behind the screens (1 person)
Are you as comfortable on Facebook as you are face-to-face? I need someone who can maintain several Global Impact accounts on a variety of online social networking sites to help me keep posting information on schedule. We’d work together with the media planner (see below) to implement a public communications and outreach plan.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- familiar with social networking sites
- time-conscious
- about an hour/week
media planning (1-2 people)
Do you enjoy putting the pieces together? I need someone who is familiar with (or who would like to learn) online marketing strategies to help me develop a social networking strategy and schedule. We’d work together with the person behind the screens (see above) to implement a public communications and outreach plan.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- basic understanding of online marketing (professional experience is nice, but not necessary)
- able to create and manage an integrated schedule
- initally a few hours to develop the schedule, then about 15 minutes/week to send out reminders to the team and check progress
Events Team
This team will help Global Impact grow by (1) creating events to help share the vision and personality of Global Impact and (2) creating connections with those who would like to participate in that vision. We will also develop a “press kit” to help introduce Global Impact/WFI to potential partner groups.
event planning (1 person)
Do you like details? I need people who can think of all the things that could go wrong and help me avoid them. On the positive side, if you enjoy streamlining operations, processes, and systems, you’re just the person I’m looking for! We’d work together with the event schedulers (see below) to put on vision-sharing-and-ministry events to raise awareness of what God is allowing us to do while simultaneously creating space to allow people to experience the ministry of the Holy Spirit through music. Ideally, this person lives in Southern California.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- enjoy infusing group events with intentional purpose
- creative problem solver
- initially, would need to pray and meet together over the course of about 8 hours
- create a check-list to share with the team for pre-event preparation
- attend planned events as available
event scheduling (1-2 people)
Are you friendly and well-connected? I need people who can help open doors for these vision-sharing/ministry events by introducing WFI/Global Impact to key group leaders and securing dates for us to interact with them. We’d work together with the event planners (see above) to put on vision-sharing-and-ministry events to raise awareness of what God is allowing us to do while simultaneously creating space to allow people to experience the ministry of the Holy Spirit through music.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- love talking to people about what God is doing to advance His Kingdom
- initiate contact with potential partner groups (churches, campus fellowships, Bible studies, youth groups, etc.)
- schedule vision sharing events with receptive groups and maintain the calendar for the team
- initially, would need to pray and meet together over the course of about 8 hours
- attend planned events as available
